Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a CSR for our Travel Account. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat
• Providing information on travel packages, flight schedules, hotel reservations, and other travel-related products and services
• Assisting customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with other team members to provide outstanding customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Staying up-to-date with travel industry trends, policies, and regulations
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and tools
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work on a shifting schedule
• No previous BPO experience required but an advantage
